1. Return Policy

At Manihaar, we take great care in offering high-quality jewellery products.
Due to the delicate, hygiene-sensitive, and made-to-order nature of jewellery items, we do not offer returns once an order has been delivered.

Customers are requested to review all product images, videos, descriptions, specifications, and size details carefully before placing an order.

2. Exchange Policy (Transit Damage / Manufacturing Defect Only)

We offer free replacement/exchange strictly in the rare case where the product is received damaged or defective due to transit.

To be eligible for an exchange:

  • The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery

  • A clear unboxing video from opening the sealed package is mandatory

  • The product must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging

Once verified and approved, a replacement of the same product will be shipped at no additional cost.

Exchange is not applicable for:

  • Change of mind

  • Size or colour preference

  • Dislikes

  • Custom or made-to-order products

  • Sale or clearance items

 

3. Shipping & Pick-Up Notes

Return pick-up availability depends on the delivery pin code.
If pick-up service is unavailable, customers may be requested to self-ship the item.
Approved courier charges will be reimbursed after verification.

4. Order Cancellation

Orders are processed quickly to ensure timely dispatch.
Once an order is confirmed, cancellation requests may not be possible.

5. Our Commitment
