At Manihaar, we strive to ensure that every product reaches you in perfect condition. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns

We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, personal preference, incorrect selection, or dislike of the product after delivery.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To process your request, kindly share:

  • Order Number

  • Unboxing Video (mandatory)

  • Clear photographs of the product received

Claims made without an unboxing video may not be eligible for review.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds or replacements will only be considered if:

  • The product received is damaged during transit.

  • The wrong product has been delivered.

  • The product has a manufacturing defect.

After verification, we may offer:

  • A replacement product, or

  • A refund to the original payment method.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days. The amount may take additional time to reflect in your bank account depending on your payment provider.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Customized & Personalized Orders

Customized, personalized, or made-to-order products are non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable.
