At Manihaar, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

Order Cancellation

✦ Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.

✦ Once an order has been processed or dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

✦ Customized or personalized products cannot be cancelled once production has started.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of bridal jewellery and personalized products, we generally do not offer refunds on successfully delivered orders.

Refunds may only be considered in the following situations:

✔ Product received is damaged during transit.

✔ Wrong product received.

✔ Product received is significantly different from what was ordered.

Damaged or Defective Products

Every product undergoes multiple quality checks before dispatch. However, if you receive a damaged product:

✦ Please record an uncut unboxing video while opening your parcel.

✦ Contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

✦ Share the unboxing video and relevant images with our support team.

Without an uncut unboxing video, damage claims may not be eligible for review.

Exchange Eligibility

If your claim is approved, we will arrange an exchange for the same product at no additional cost.

Customized Products

Customized, personalized, and made-to-order products are not eligible for cancellation, return, or refund unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved under exceptional circumstances:

✦ The refund will be processed to the original payment method.

✦ Refunds may take 5–7 business days to reflect, depending on your payment provider.
