At Manihaar, we value your trust and aim to provide a smooth and transparent shopping experience. Please read our Cancellation & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Order Cancellation

🔹 Cancellation by Customer

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.
Once the order has been shipped or dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

We reserve the right to cancel an order in case of:

Product unavailability
Incorrect pricing or product information
Payment issues
Suspected fraudulent activity

In such cases, a full refund will be issued.

2. Refund Policy

🔹 Eligible Refund Cases

Refunds are applicable only in the following situations:

Product received is damaged
Product received is defective
Wrong product delivered

⚠️ An unboxing video is mandatory for all damage, defect, or wrong product claims.

🔹 Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided for:

Minor color or design variations (due to lighting or screen differences)
Size or style preferences
Normal wear and tear
Orders placed incorrectly by the customer
Customized or special-order products (if applicable)

3. Replacement Policy (Preferred)

We offer replacement instead of refund wherever possible.
Replacement requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
Product must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.

4. Refund Processing Time

Once approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at checkout.
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the error is from our side.
